Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address.

QuickBooks Online Data. When you connect your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, we access financial data such as transactions, accounts, vendors, and customers via the Intuit API. This data is used solely to provide the Service's bookkeeping functionality.

Bank Statements. You may upload bank statement files (PDF or CSV) for reconciliation. These files are processed and stored to provide the Service.

Usage Data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and timestamps.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process and categorize your financial transactions using AI-assisted bookkeeping
• Reconcile bank statements with your QuickBooks Online data
• Communicate with you about your account or the Service
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Dishwashr. Each has its own privacy policy governing its use of your data:

• Supabase — Authentication and database hosting
• Intuit / QuickBooks Online — Accounting data access via OAuth
• Vercel — Application hosting and deployment
• AI Service Providers — We use AI models to assist with transaction categorization and bookkeeping tasks. Financial data sent to these providers is used only for processing your requests and is not used to train their models.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With third-party service providers as described above, solely to operate the Service
• If required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of Floburn Inc., our users, or the public
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Uploaded bank statement files are retained only as long as necessary to process and reconcile your transactions.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
