This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Floburn Inc., doing business as Dishwashr ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Dishwashr application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business bookkeeping purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Service.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Floburn Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service. You retain ownership of your data that you upload to or process through the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online. Your use of such third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
THE SERVICE PROVIDES BOOKKEEPING ASSISTANCE AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTING, TAX, OR LEGAL ADVICE. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THE ACCURACY OF ANY OUTPUT AND FOR ALL FINANCIAL DECISIONS MADE USING THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FLOBURN INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; OR (C) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Agreement on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
